What is the cost to attend and what does the cost include?
This year's one-day conference is $80/person. That cost will include a breakfast, mid-day munchies and coffee, a late lunch, and helps cover all the other costs associated with the venue, speakers, technology and the things that make for a nice conference.
What is the dress code at conference?
This year's conference is Rotary casual. Nothing too fancy, but no sweats.

Can I just come for part of the day and how much would that cost?
With conference running for just one day and the shorter event planning time due to COVID, exceptions cannot be made for anything other than single day registration at $80 per person.

Will I be able to attend conference virtually and how much would that cost?
At this point in the planning process there is not an option to attend the full conference virtually. However, some sessions throughout the day could be broadcast online. Stay tuned for more details on this as the day gets closer. If you want to take in all of the activities of the day, you will need to attend in person.
As a new Rotarian, why should I attend a conference?
District Conference is a place of learning and connecting. At this year's Conference of Clubs, you will learn more about what other clubs are doing, and get inspired with new ideas and ways to overcome the challenges volunteers face. You will also learn about resources available to you from the district, meeting district leaders who can offer support and guidance. You will also get to meet Rotarians from around the district with plenty of time to socialize at meals and in the afternoon while exploring the House of Friendship (a space we have at every conference that is where we network and snack). It's really a fun event that will help you plug into the world of Rotary, helping others and sharing in kindness.
What will the COVID safety protocol be?
Plan to follow the current guidelines established by local government and our hosts at the hotel. Since things can change, we will confirm more specifics in the days leading up to the event.
If you have a question not answered here, please use the form on this page to contact the Conference Chair, Linda Iannone.
